What is BCM?
The BCM is a student organization at Belmont University. BCM stands for Baptist Collegiate Ministries. Our weekly gathering is held on Wednesdays from 11 am to 1 pm in the Belmont Ministry Center, located at 2005 12th Avenue South.
The BCM provides opportunities for Bible study, missions, service, student leadership and community.
Do I have to be Baptist?
Absolutely not! The BCM is sponsored by local and state Southern Baptist churches and is open to all Belmont University students. Please, come join the fun!
Is BCM a church?
No. BCM is a ministry of the Tennessee Baptist Convention and is supported by local churches throughout the greater Nashville area. The BCM encourages all students to be actively involved in a local church. It is our goal to help you get connected with a church where you can grow and serve.
How do I join the BCM?
The BCM is open to any Belmont student; just show up to one of our gatherings and get connected. Our weekly lunch gathering is a great place to meet other students and build friendships. We also encourage joining a small group Bible study or finding a mentor to help disciple you in your Christian faith.
